Writing safety critical instructions

Procedures, (which includes work instructions, operating rules and so on)  are the agreed safe ways of doing things. They may include step-by-step instructions, checklists, decision aids, diagrams, flow-charts and other types of job aids. Making sure that these are easy to follow, accurate and appropriate is often not easy task - but is essential for controlling risk.

This is a two day workshop, or blended learning programme (e-learning, online facilitated workshop and post-training support)
