Team development

This training is for whole teams, and allows participants to learn about what makes an effective team and to diagnose potential problems. The training also includes the techniques we use in our small business workshops to allow participants to start working on real problems that they are experiencing in the team.

This is a 1 day workshop.

What will you learn?

This workshop will help you to:

understand what ‘team effectiveness’ means
understand the stages that teams go through over time
understand what kinds of people you need to have in an effective team
identify which team role(s) you prefer
understand how people interact in a team, and what this means for the team
understand common team problems, and what can be done to manage them
work together to solve some real problems.
