Manager coaching

Our manager coaching programme provides a personally-tailored development process. Our coach will work with the manager to work on skills that will have an impact back in the workplace. To help identify which skills are a priority, we can help the manager obtain 360 degree feedback and develop their own action plans.

At a coaching session, the manager will bring a an agenda of the skills they wish to work on and our coach will help to develop them and apply them to real situations.

Areas that we can cover include:

business problem analysis techniques
measuring business performance
project management principles
change management principles
time management techniques
writing effective reports, and
presenting in meetings and workshops.
