The training will be structured around a single case study that will allow delegates to apply the techniques. The case study can either be drawn from our library of examples or developed specifically for your organisation. Delegates will receive an investigator handbook as part of the workshop to help them recall useful root cause analysis techniques when they carry out their first investigation.
