Process mappingBusiness processes often evolve over time and may no longer be the most effective or efficient method for achieving an objective. In new organisations, or when new technology is introduced, there may not be a defined process. Process mapping is a technique for showing a business process or workflow in a visual, step by step diagram. This allows decisions to be made about who does what and the order that things need to be done in. Presenting processes in this way also reveals hidden decision points ("what if this step doesn't go as planned?"), allowing contingency plans to be developed.
Our training will give you the basic skills for analysing, understanding and presenting business processes using process maps. DurationThis is a one day workshop.
